What we do

  • Invoices issued and recorded on your company's books

Our professionals issue the sales invoices for your company and record purchase invoices, operating entries and daily takings, so the ledger is kept by the same team that files the returns.

  • VAT settlements

Monthly or quarterly VAT settlements according to the company's regime, and the cross-border data transmission through the SDI. The annual VAT return and the LIPE submissions belong to the separately quoted annual compliance item.

  • F24 payments

Preparation, checking and electronic filing of the F24 forms for VAT, IRAP and withholding taxes, including the offsetting of credits.

  • Annual accounts and Business Register filing

Year-end closing, the statutory accounts in the required format, the reclassified version we use for management discussion, and the filing with the Business Register.

  • Income tax return SC and IRAP return

The corporate income tax return and the regional production tax return, prepared from the same ledger and filed electronically.

  • Dedicated chartered accountant and a direct channel

One professional of reference for your file, reachable on a dedicated channel, plus periodic reports during the year rather than a single conversation in June.

What the recurring service does not include

The recurring fee covers ordinary compliance. Payroll, extraordinary transactions such as a share transfer, a capital increase or a merger, tax audits and voluntary corrections, and any filing that depends on a specific event are quoted separately once the scope is known.

The distinction is written into the quote rather than discovered on the invoice: recurring management, annual filings and one-off work are three different lines.

The fee structure is the one shown on the pricing page, where the same calculator is published with its parameters.

How it works

  1. 1

    Verification and onboarding

We review the company's situation, the existing engagement and any open deadlines, then agree the starting date and who completes the filings already in progress.

  2. 2

    Setup of the channels

SDI delegation, access to the invoice files from the Revenue Agency, and the configuration of the tools we use for the exchange of documents.

  3. 3

    Recurring management

Invoices, VAT settlements, F24 payments and the reports that let you follow the numbers during the year.

  4. 4

    Year-end

Closing, annual accounts, filing and the income tax returns, with a discussion of the choices for the following period.

What it costs

From about €3,850 a year at the smallest profile, VAT excluded.

The estimate comes from the same calculator as our pricing page, set to its minimum: revenue up to €75,000, up to 600 bookkeeping entries and no employees. At those parameters it returns €228 a month for bookkeeping — €2,740 a year — plus €1,080 a year for the separately quoted annual filings: annual accounts €361, income tax return SC €528, VAT and LIPE €191.

Those amounts follow the 2026 fee parameters of the Italian accountants' profession and are an estimate, not a binding quote. Above the minimum the fee moves with the real volumes: €2.75 per entry from 601 to 2,000 and €2.40 per entry above 2,000, with the annual filings growing across revenue bands.

The quote separates the recurring fee, the annual filings and extraordinary work, and states the start date of the engagement.

  • Bookkeeping, including invoice issuing and recording
  • VAT settlements (the annual VAT return and LIPE are in the separately quoted annual item)
  • F24 forms for VAT, IRAP and withholding taxes
  • Annual accounts and Business Register filing (quoted as an annual item)
  • Income tax return SC and IRAP return (quoted as an annual item)

VAT is excluded. Employees, if any, are quoted separately at €550 per employee per year for payroll.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is included in the recurring fee?

The recurring fee covers bookkeeping, VAT settlement calculations and routine F24 preparation. VAT returns and LIPE submissions are included in the separately quoted compliance item, not in the monthly bookkeeping fee. Annual accounts, the income tax return SC, the IRAP return and the Business Register filing are quoted separately, and extraordinary work is agreed case by case. The quote states what is included and what is not.

What does an Italian accountant cost for a small SRL?

At the smallest profile our calculator allows — revenue up to €75,000, up to 600 bookkeeping entries, no employees — it returns €228 a month for bookkeeping and €1,080 a year for the separately quoted annual filings (annual accounts, income tax return SC, VAT and LIPE), about €3,850 a year in total, VAT excluded. The figures follow the 2026 fee parameters of the Italian accountants' profession and are an estimate, not a binding quote.

How does the fee change as the company grows?

The bookkeeping fee is built on the number of entries in double-entry bookkeeping: the base covers up to 600 entries a year, then each entry between 601 and 2,000 is charged at €2.75 and each entry above 2,000 at €2.40. The annual filings move with revenue bands. Employees are quoted per head on top.

Can you take over from my current accountant?

Yes, and it is a coordination job rather than a click. We check the existing engagement, agree the collection of documents from the outgoing firm and decide who completes the accounts, the returns and any filing already open, so that nothing falls between the two.

Do you work with invoices in English and in other currencies?

Yes. Invoices and documents arrive in the language and currency in which the transaction is made; the bookkeeping and the VAT treatment are prepared in Italian, which is the language of the filings. Invoices from foreign suppliers are brought into the Italian electronic system with the correct reverse-charge document type.

Can I export my accounting data if I leave?

Yes. Balances, statements and movements can be exported in CSV or Excel at any time, and the invoice files are retrievable from the Revenue Agency storage service. The data belongs to the company, not to the adviser.
