Who actually does the work on my company?
A named chartered accountant, supported by the specialists the file needs: an employment adviser for payroll, a public funding specialist for grants. You are not passed to a call centre, and you do not have to carry messages between three separate professionals.
Are your accountants regulated?
Yes. Every accountant in the team is registered with the Italian professional register of chartered accountants (Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti) and is a statutory auditor. Each profile on this page links to the public register entry, so you can verify it yourself.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Our main office is at Viale Africa 31/E, 95129 Catania, Italy. It does not matter where you are: files are handled remotely, documents are signed digitally and we speak to clients by video call and by a dedicated Slack channel.
Do you work with companies owned from abroad?
Yes. This English section exists for that reason. We set up Italian SRLs for non-resident founders, then run the accounting, the tax filings and the payroll of the company.
