Before you write
Three things make the first reply much more useful: where you and the other shareholders are resident, what the company will actually do, and when you want it running. If you already have an Italian company, tell us its VAT number as well.

How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on working days, whichever channel you use. The phone line is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Italian time; WhatsApp and email are usually answered the same day.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The first call is free and carries no obligation. We use it to understand the project and to tell you whether we are the right firm for it. If we are not, we say so.
Can we talk in English?
Yes. The team that handles foreign-owned companies works in English. Documents filed with the Italian authorities are in Italian by law; we explain them to you in English.
Do I have to come to Catania?
No. Everything is handled remotely: video calls, digital signatures and a dedicated Slack channel. Our main office is in Catania and you are welcome to visit, but no client is required to.
